This link was very useful in determing which simulator to execute when trying to test the new BlackBerry Ad Service program.
Some of the critical steps are to:
* use the OTA 5.0 version of the .cod
* add the .JRE to the projects build path
* place the .COD in the 5.0 simulator folder
* modify RUN --> RUN CONFIGURATIONS --> checkbox for MDS-CS
